Each session is 60 minutes and the coaching emphasis is adapted to your needs, including bowling arm technique where relevant.
How It Works
- Purchase the $399 package and access your personal Kajabi coaching area.
- Book your first online appointment from the available times.
- Prepare and submit footage at least 48 hours before each session, following your coaching instructions.
- Meet with Simon online for individual coaching and discussion of your footage.
- Practise between calls using your assigned drills and progress targets.
We recommend 7–14 days between calls, completing the program within eight weeks of Session 1.

No. Sessions are online, so you can participate wherever you play. Select from the available booking times.
How often should we meet?
Sessions are generally spaced 7–14 days apart, allowing time to practise and track progress. Aim to complete all four sessions within eight weeks of your first call.
How do I submit my videos?
Follow the video submission instructions in your coaching area, and provide the requested footage at least 48 hours before each session.
Is unlimited feedback included?
No. Your package includes session-related footage reviews, assigned drills and brief between-session clarification questions. Additional live coaching is purchased separately.
